Yoga Basics – A gentle practice learning basic yoga moves while focusing on proper form, breathing and alignment. Suitable for all levels.

Everyone finishes first in Spin! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and burn calories while strengthening your lower body. A 60-min cycling program geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!Pilates Mat – Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises performed using the resistance of your body and gravity. These classes will provide time for learning the basic foundation principles required to get the full benefits of Pilates and deepen your execution of the core principles as they relate to the basic repertoire.

Active Yoga – Have you already tried Yoga Basics and are now read for more of a challenge? This class would be perfect for you! Active Yoga is for people who have experience in Yoga practice.

All Levels Yoga – All experience levels are welcome in this progressive class. Beginners and yoga vets will be challenged through a variety of poses.

Ball – Use stability balls and hand weights to test your balance, core strength, and muscular endurance. Engage the abdominals while targeting different muscle groups to enhance control and coordination on the ball. Each class includes a different weight training series and ends with a stretch sequence to prevent soreness.

Les Mills - BODYFLOW

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. This class is designed for those at an intermediate fitness level and some basic Yoga experience.

Les Mills - BODYVIVE

BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you're given step-by-step instructions by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated – and fizzing with energy.

Les Mills - BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Les Mills - RPM

RPM™ is a 55-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. You ride to inspirational music over the equivalent of 20-25 kilometers of varied terrain, controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance lever and pedal speed.

Spin – Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and burn calories while strengthening your lower body. A 55-minute cycling program geared for anyone that can ride a bike.

Step – Discover new heights with Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 55-minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time.

Zumba – This class uses a fusion of Latin and international dance themes (from the Colombian cumbia to meringue, salsa, and calypso) creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You can burn up to 450 calories per hour and get a toning workout as well.

Aqualates – This class is appropriate for all levels of Pilates. All exercises are based upon Pilates, and include movements from the mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, and barrel repertoires. In addition to an emphasis on shoulder girdle stabilization and activation of the core musculature to support a neutral spine, this 3-D workout will challenge balance, coordination, and peripheral strength in all planes of motion.

Legs Express - Come get a fabulous non-impact workout designed to strengthen, shape and tone your legs. Swimming skills not required. Good for all levels.

Arms Express - Good bye chicken arms! This is a 25-minute zone specific workout using different pool aides to gently tone and strengthen your arms and shoulders.

Aquatic Abs - Strengthen your core and lower back without all of the strain caused by exercising on land. This class uses several pool aides and the current of our therapeutic pool.

AquaFit – Enjoy the invigorating benefits of a joint friendly, shallow water workout. Swimming skills not required. Good for all levels.

Joints in Motion – Specially designed gentle movements in a warm water pool, approximately 85 degrees, work with the water's buoyancy and resistance to help improve your joint flexibility, relieve pain and stiffness. This class is excellent for those with arthritis, those who are recovering from surgery and need to start rehabilitation, or those with any chronic pain disorders. People with multiple or severe joint problems or who have had joint surgery are encouraged to check with their doctors about the need for special precautions.

Water Works - This class will get your heart pumping and body moving. Improve your cardiovascular health, strength and flexibility in this low-impact, dynamic exercise class.
