Core Power Yoga – This class offers a truly unique yoga practice based on intuition rather than tradition. A Vinyasa flow practice, CorePower Yoga heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. This is a more advanced class, so please take in mind where you are in your journey and practice. Individuals attending this class should have four weeks prior experience in a traditional Yoga class. Suitable for: Advanced levels.

Yoga – A gentle practice learning basic yoga moves while focusing on proper form, breathing and alignment. Suitable for: All levels.

Everyone finishes first in Spin! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and burn calories while strengthening your lower body. A 60-min cycling program geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!Restorative Yoga – A yoga class that is all about releasing the stress in our bodies by using yoga mats, blocks, straps and blankets to support our bodies while in specific Yoga poses. You will walk out of class feeling refreshed and ready to take on your day! Suitable for: All levels.

Gentle Yoga – A gentle practice learning basic yoga moves while focusing on proper form, breathing and alignment. Suitable for: All levels.

Core Ball – This class uses Stability Balls to instinctively engage your core muscles. Using the ball helps engage the deep abdominal muscles as the body works to rebalance itself, as well as enhance core stability and peripheral movement. Develop better posture and a great midriff while improving your balance. Tested and used by physical therapists, this apparatus will add fun and variety to your exercise program while providing a great stretch for your entire spine and your hamstrings... total body fitness. Suitable for: All levels. ( 30 minutes)

Pilates Mat – This class is recommended for people new to Pilates. Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises performed using the resistance of your body and gravity. These classes will provide time for learning the basic foundation principles required to get the full benefits of Pilates and to deepen your execution of the core principles, as they relate to the basic repertoire. This class will progress to Intermediate where you will build on the core basics and continue to add new exercises as well as make the basic exercises more challenging. All Pilates Mat classes will incorporate small equipment and apparatus such as: foam rollers, magic circles, towels, dumbbells, resistance bands and more. Suitable for: All levels.

Yo-lates – A Yoga and Pilates compilation class that creatively fuses the best of both traditions. Both Pilates and Yoga use co-ordination of movement with the breath to relax, strengthen and lengthen the muscles while calming the nervous system. Particular attention is paid to building strength and endurance of the core postural muscles to gain stability, protect against injury, enhance posture and create a more streamlined shape. Suitable for: All levels.

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Les Mills - BODYVIVE

BODYVIVE™ is the low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE™ balls, VIVE™ tubes and optional hand weights you’re talked step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor, while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated – and fizzing with energy.

Les Mills - BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Step – Discover new heights with Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience.

Zumba – This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that make it easy for dancers and non-dancers alike to have fun while getting fit. It uses a fusion of Latin and international dance themes (from the Colombian cumbia to meringue, salsa, and calypso) creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness workout. The routines feature aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You can burn up to 450 calories an hour and get a toning workout as well. Best of all, you’re dancing to great music, so you won’t even realize it’s good for you.

Body Conditioning – This is a high-intensity class designed for parents or caretakers with or without children (ages 4 to 8) who are looking for a fun, creative approach to fitness. Focus will be on activities to increase agility, response-time, jumping ability, coordination and balance. Drills will incorporate the body as a whole, with an emphasis on fun, healthy family time! (30 minutes)

*Creative Movement for Kids - Children will build self-confidence while improving fine motor skills, balance and coordination. Basic ballet skills will be applied in an organized and fun series of games and exercises designed to build awareness and appreciation of music and movement. Sign up in Kids Club on a weekly basis. (30 minutes in length) 2-4 year olds.

*Kids Cardio - We provide an exciting and safe opportunity for children 5-7 to develop fitness and recreation knowledge and skills. Based on availability, activities will be held in the gym. Sign up in Kids Club on a weekly basis.

Adult Fitness Swimming – Designed to offer opportunities for stroke enhancement, technique improvement, as well as the basics, this non-competitive class accommodates a variety of fitness and swimming levels.

Aqualates – Whether you are new to Pilates, or a seasoned practitioner, you will find Aqualates challenging yet highly modifiable. All exercises are based upon Pilates, and include movements from the mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrel repertoires. In addition to an emphasis on shoulder girdle stabilization and activation of the core muscularture to support a neutral spine, this 3-D workout will challenge balance, coordination and peripheral strength in all planes of motion.

AquaJog – Interval training alternating body sculpt movements and aerobic exercises in the pool. A refreshing approach to body-shaping, fat-burning and strength training!

Legs Express – Come get a fabulous non-impact workout designed to strengthen, shape and tone your legs. Swimming skills not required. Good for all levels.

AquaFIt – Enjoy the invigorating benefits of a joint friendly, shallow water workout. Swimming skills not required. Good for all levels.

Joints in Motion – Specially designed gentle movements in a warm water pool, approximately 85 degrees, work with the water's buoyancy and resistance to help improve your joint flexibility, relieve pain and stiffness. Led by arthritis foundation certified personnel, this class is excellent for those with arthritis, those who are recovering from surgery and need to start rehabilitation, or those with any chronic pain disorders. People with multiple or severe joint problems or who have had joint surgery are encouraged to check with their doctors about the need for special precautions. A swim lift is available.

Open Pool – Come take advantage of the healing waters in our Therapeutic Pool during Open Pool hours. Perfect time for light swimming, gentle stretching, water-resistance based movements, or simple soak time in moderately heated waters. Open to all adult members. Pool capacity is 25.

Boot Camp – This is a high-intensity class designed for both athletes and non-athletes looking to improve explosive power, increase speed, agility, quickness, jumping ability, coordination, and balance. Drills will be sport-special and functional so as to incorporate the body as a whole. Use free weights, balls, medicine balls, and the Core Pole to help you tone every inch of your body! Family BootCamp is also available for parents or caretakers and kids ages 4 to 8. Can you survive the Bootcamp challenge?
